Dr Deborah Fradkin is a Consultant Paediatric Anaesthetist, has led civility projects within her NHS Trust for a number of years, and is a speaker for the national movement Civility Saves Lives. Passionate about promoting civility, and managing incivility without judgement or blame, her educational sessions focus on the impact of incivility and the development of a toolkit of management techniques, which can be adapted to suit a variety of personalities within the workplace.
Aside from her clinical work, and delivering education on civility regionally, nationally and internationally, she has a keen interest in simulation, burns management, improving pre-operative experience for anxious and neurodivergent children and is an Advanced Paediatric Life Support Course Director.
